Coaches Corner:
Lessons learnt previous week -
1. All the body levers should move towards the target.
2. Head needs to be still and eyes at one level for more control.

Indoor Cricket League:
The indoor cricket league has been postponed by a week and is now scheduled to start from December 17th. The revised schedule is out and we got 2 games scheduled on Sunday, December 18th. First game will be at 6pm and the second game will be at 8pm.
Those who have confirmed their participation with me, please ensure that you bring your $75 fees with you in the next practice and give it to Muneeb. Otherwise we expect you to pay that fees at your first indoor game please.

Pay Per Play Practices:
Last week Sunday, we had a great turn-out (25 people) which means we had a great practice session at ICL. It was the very first session for our 2 coaches and for us as well with the 2 of them so it all was very insightful. As mentioned by Coach Mukesh, he was not very impressed with what he saw during practice (only boys, no ladies). Jokes aside, let's make it a point you and I, that by the end of all these practices, we leave both coaches very impressed. This goal alone will help us a great deal through 2012 season.

Everyone who is selected to play (at least) 3 games, will be requested to be a 12th man (Sub), once.
If more than 11 games, a Ghazi COULD be asked to perform as a 12th (Sub) more than once:
In order for it to be counted as a 12th (Sub), a Ghazi needs to be
a) At the ground
b) Play as a 12th man (drafted into playing-11, does not constitute as 12th)
c) Be in Ghazi Uniform &
d) Staying till the end (unless otherwise granted). |
